History

In 2016 GJ SUP saw that there was a need for certified SUP instructors and SUP yoga instructors on the Western Slope. Throughout 2016 GJ SUP acquired World Paddle Association & American Canoe Association SUP instructors and Paddle Into Fitness SUP Yoga instructors. Since then, GJ SUP has continued to educate their employees and guest on the latest techniques and gear.

Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle (GJ SUP) has a rental kiosk located at Highline Lake State Park and a mobile paddle sport trailer that provide paddle board and duckie rentals throughout the western slope of Colorado. GJ specializes in providing customers with high quality gear: paddle boards, kayaks, duckies and tubes. We have certified American Canoe Association and World Paddle Associations paddle board instructors. Grand Junction Stand Up Paddle provides paddle board rentals for lakes & rivers, paddle board lessons on lakes & rivers, full moon paddles, SUP yoga, Swiftwater rescue trainings, SUP yoga teacher trainings and we have a river concierge shuttle service.
