CASA of Larimer County, founded in 1987 by Judge John-David Sonny Sullivan, is the first Court Appointed Special Advocates program in Colorado. The organization is dedicated to serving children and families facing abuse and neglect through three core programs: Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Family Connections, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).
