Enjoy a fun total body workout that feels like a fitness party! If you like yoga and pilates, and you also like to dance, you'll love this class. Although it is low impact, and safe for your back and knees, you will sweat! We begin by dancing to up-beat music, incorporating movements from Martial Arts, Yoga and Dance, and then we will move through a sequence of pilates and yoga poses to strengthen the core and improve flexibility, balance and posture. Suitable for all ages and levels. No dance experience necessary.
