I went for the first time today and Devorah was so nice and helpful. I like the relaxing atmosphere of the studio and the Iyengar style of teaching (which is so hard to find!).

If you are new to yoga, new to the area or want to amp up your practice, I highly suggest this place. I began going when I was 6 months pregnant w/ my son and continued on to "post-natal" yoga....
