So I came in here to warranty my phone, not Verizon's fault. Life happens. Cameron the employee was so helpful!! He assisted me in calling the numbers and found through the whole warranty process....

When the f*** did cell phone companies start charging you $3 fee to pay your phone bill with cash... I could see a $3 fee if you're paying over the phone or even paying with a credit card but...
