Established in 2012, The Training Loft was founded by Wayne and Stephen - two passionate trainers with over 30 years of combined experience. To this day, they personally greet every guest who walks through our doors. They opened the first Loft with a simple mission: to create a private, safe, and comfortable space where busy professionals and parents could reconnect with their health and happiness. Located in Westwood, California, our studio is an intimate and inviting space, equipped with top-tier equipment and supported by a team that truly cares. We treat our members like family and are committed to making sure every person who visits feels dramatically better when they leave.
