History

The owner Sammie Griffiths is a retired police officer, having served as a Detective in the Devon and Cornwall police in Devon, England. Sammie has always competed in sport and loves fitness and well being. The opportunity arose for Sammie to relocate to the United States to be near family and fulfil a life long dream of setting up a fitness business and thus spread the love of all things fitness and well being. Sammie's ethos is fitness through fun and hard work, Yes they can work together!

Total NRG Fitness offers body blasting, music infused TRX suspension training, Indoor Cycling (Spin) classes and bespoke Personal training with expertly trained instructors whose aim to make sure you achieve your goals.
