Jennifer Ayres has been a local resident in Temecula for over 17 years. She has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. An Ace certified personal trainer, weight management specialist, sports nutrition specialist, fitness youth specialist and certified in many group fitness classes. She also has taught dance for 20+ years. Her vision is to connect with people and make fitness fun as well as encouraging healthy living.

Located inside Power Pros gym. We are a unique fitness studio offering Yoga, Barre, HIIT, Zumba, Spin, Circuit, Sculpt. TRX, LIFT and many more to come. We also offer body transformation programs with meal planning and one on one weight management counseling as well as personal training. We also offer Innutra products like protein powders, weight loss systems and vitamins.
