Had a great experience at the CIL in the Ed Roberts Campus building, both emailing and calling the assistive tech team who helped me get a new chair and also find resources to repair my old chair...

Totally useless. We called, and called, and called on behalf of our aunt who is disabled and they never even returned the phone calls. We talked once with someone who answered their general phone...
