I did a trail through ClassPass. At first I was intimated but the trainer was great and ready to help students with the equipment and monitored to make sure I was doing the exercise correctly....

Awesome gym and trainers! Adequate parking and flexible hours. Trainers are very knowledgeable. The gym is community oriented with numerous fundraiser.
