Founded in 1973, Synergy School is an independent elementary and middle school that provides educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade seven. It has a staff of more than 25 teachers and support personnel that serves over 180 students. The school s academic curriculum includes English, Spanish, language arts, humanities, reading, writing, social studies and math. Synergy School also conducts classes in computer science, drama, ecology, poetry, science, music, art and physical education. The school encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities, including drama, chess and ceramics clubs. It features a library that provides curriculum-related materials and a variety of leisure reading options for its students. Synergy School is located in San Francisco.
