Super Q and Super Q2 Food Trucks are a four generation family owned business. The Kaminski Family is proud to bring our long held family recipes all over San Diego and Riverside Counties. We smoke our BBQ for up to 13 hours with Hickory Wood. Our BBQ comes out piping hot and delicious. Our trucks are perfect for Corporate or Private Events. We can be found at all the Charger Games, Comic Con, Padres Opening Day and many other events throughout the county. We are an Official Vendor for the Poinsettia and Holiday Bowl Games.Every Christmas, Super Q proudly serves 500 of Americas true heroes, The Marines and their families! Specialties
Super Q starts with premium meats which we coat with our signature rub, then slow smoke with hickory wood for up to 13 hours for the utmost tenderness. We then top our BBQ with Kaminski's sweet and tangy house made BBQ sauce for a one of a kind flavor. Sticky and messy, like BBQ should be!
