If you prefer your Sushi with loud music and a raucous crowd, Sun & Moon Cafe will be just your cup of (green) tea. Chef Tommy Hiro fuses Japanese, Vietnamese and French cuisine together for a one-of-a-kind menu. Sun & Moon Cafe is also one of the only places around where you can drink your Sapporo and Asahi from a funnel (a.k.a. Beer Bong). Chef Hiro is also one of the only chefs in the area that makes Pho, the popular Vietnamese noodle soup.
