Tellers are always helpful and nice. Great dealing with "live people" and not computerized answering services!

Even with legal documents (living trust) signed and notarized, the El Centro Sun Community Credit Union Branch refused to recognize it and help us with an account for a deceased family member....

So instead of being like every other bank , credit union and not allowing a charge they allow any amount of a charge and then charge you $33.00 per transaction. No matter how much you are charged...

Sun Community should have a free checking account for everyone they kept withdrawing 5 dollars every month from my new checking account and I had to close my checking account with them.
