Great credit union. The staff treat you like a friend not a number like several banks and other businesses and credit unions have the tendency to do. My wife was a member of another credit union...

Website is often down and can't access online accounts when needed. Called and terrible customer service: told their system was also down due to the weather. Not a dependable bank.

They do not offer currency exchange in the US. I personally asked and was told that they do not offer currency exchange. Other than that great financial institute.
