History

Studio inForm is the evolved business of Jana Cerny. Her original studio was located for nine years in San Francisco's Hayes Valley, Inform Pilates. The studio is owner operated and managed. All the teachers are hand picked for their individual expertise, devotion to continuing education and a deep commitment to their clients. The studio operates to serve its clients by encouraging individual growth, healing and physical education.

Specialties

Studio inForm is a boutique style space where we teach private Pilates, yoga and provide massage. We primarily offer one-on-one sessions in our fully equipped and serene studio. All of our long time teachers are certified, professional and skilled in handling a variety of students needs. Our students different needs include athletes wanting to take their performance to the next level, pre & post natal women, treatment for a variety of back injuries or disease, alternative physical therapy and individuals needing stress reduction. We also provide excellent cross training for individuals looking for overall full body fitness. The studio owner, Jana Cerny, has created a body of work for treating and educating individuals with scoliosis. Creating an intelligent and healthy body requires some personalized and individual attention from a trained expert; private session work is a great way to attain these goals.
