They take in people who are obviously in need of a different level of care. My roommate kept me awake with her chanting and clapping. Staff couldn't care less.

Called to try to reach a counselor who had worked with me some time ago. Once I was told she did not work there anymore, I was very rudely told to "call somewhere else" and then hang up the phone...
