Founded in 1978, the Family Stress Center offers a various counseling programs and services related to households. It specializes in behavioral health for adults with mental health and substance abuse issues. The center provides anger management classes and child abuse treatment therapies to victims and families. The Family Stress Center offers parenting skills, child discipline, household management, and crisis and stress control services. It also provides a variety of services for the prevention of child abuse, domestic violence, addiction and homelessness, as well as customized programs related to health care, education, and mental and behavioral health.
