St. Katharine Drexel Academy

Blessed Sacred Parish School, located in San Diego, is a catholic school offering educational and extracurricular programs for students from grades kindergarten through eight. Curriculum offered by the school includes English, history, mathematics, social studies, science, art and physical education. Its computer lab is equipped with more than 25 personal computers, printers and software, providing all classes with computer education, including semester courses in literacy and applications for middle school students. The school follows a student health program that includes dental health program, certified cardiopulmonary resuscitation and safety courses, screenings for hearing, scoliosis, and immunization verification. Blessed Sacred Parish School offers a counseling program under the direction of a licensed marriage, family and child counselor, including substance abuse education, parent education, family life curriculum, academic and behavioral student evaluations, and counseling.
