The Sebastopol Holiday Home Tour and Artisan Boutique is a beloved community event that celebrated its tenth anniversary last Christmas, originally founded in 2011 by Donna and Fred Cochran to support a scholarship fund in memory of their son Jacob. This annual event brought together school families and volunteers, fostering fellowship and the Christmas spirit while also benefiting the Pleasant Hill Christian School in Sebastopol.

Due to a shift in focus towards family health and other responsibilities, the organizers have decided to put the event on pause for 2023, with hopes of potentially reinventing it in the future. Despite the hiatus, the community's support remains vital, especially for the continued contributions to Jacob's Fund, which assists students through scholarships.
