San Pablo City Hall is the government location for the city of San Pablo, Calif., which was incorporated in 1948. San Pablo is located in West Contra Costa County off Interstate 80, minutes away from the Bay Area cultural centers of San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland, Calif. The city is a general law city with a council/manager form of government. The city council appoints the city manager and the city attorney. City council also makes policy decisions and authorizes the city manager to implement policies, procedures, contracts, agreements and the San Pablo municipal code.
