Mostly good people all around but there is nepotism throughout the department and an over all lacking of professionalism, decorum and responsibility to the community they claim to be in service to.

Every time the officers have been needed they arrived in understandable timing, due to rural settings. They have been polite , effective. Only one jerk and he is off the force now.
