In the last 4 years, Jose has created a Fitness and Wellness program that is empathetic to his client's high-paced and high-stressed Silicon Valley lifestyles. Jose specializes with working with C-Suite Executives and other busy Bay Area professionals needing a highly-structured Wellness plan because of his knowledge and exercise experience and his ability to adapt and multi-task busy schedules that come along with the demands of their roles without impacting their fitness goals.

ReadyExGo Founder and Wellness Coach, Jose Lopez, offers a one-stop-service: 1:1 or Buddy fitness training sessions that can be customized to anyone's fitness and health goals. With your membership, you will have access to an online coaching platform, and food tracking & meal planner mobile app. ReadyExGo is in a lavish and new private fitness studio within the offices of Wellness Pros in Redwood City, which also include in-house chiropractic and massage care services and the studio is equipped with all your gym equipment needs, two restrooms and a shower.
