I stay here a lot for being close to DTLA it's really good I get the best sleep it always clean and rooms are always ready If you check in there's a $5 coupon off your booking every thing helps...

The front lady was rude. She said we couldn't do the deposit over the phone. They don't take cash. They did end up taking the deposit over the phone with a lot of emailing. Our room was small...

Great price for a great location. I gave it 5 stars because it was clean and cheap. My two favorite things. There were a ton of clean towels to use and the beds were actually really comfortable....

Extremely rude staff, unprofessional to say the least Called to see if I can have a late check in, was denied in the worse way by the female worker, asked to cancel the reservation and she hung...

Small but nice ! I'm a minimalist I dont like excess so this place is perfect for my 1 week vaca in LA. I did wanna point out I believe his name was Fred? Suuuuper nice and helpful thank u guys
