Pro-Faction MMA & Fitness believes that Martial Arts and Fitness should be synonymous, especially in today's fastest-growing sport of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). Although it has been around for hundreds of years (mostly underground & hidden from the general public), it has evolved to become a mainstream sport that is sweeping the headlines of magazines & television all over the world. Combining the combat skills of Karate, Kickboxing/Muay Thai (Stand-up/Striking arts), Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling (Ground/Submission arts) along with Strength, Fitness & Condition training, you would have the ideal athlete & competitor that could shine in the MMA community.
