Needs to be under new management. I hear about this place so many times. And every time is not a good thing. I would not recommend living here. Unless you want to take a dip with rats.

Don't move here! It is not a 5 Star Park as advertised. Space rents are sky high, but Hometown America won't hire professionals to maintain the pools & hot tubs or cleaners or for general...

The park run by a Hometown America is not Kid and Dog Friendly. They control your visitation of your guest. Tow Trucks run in and out and tow frequently. I see the trucks tow an average of 4 cars...
