History

I am Maria Robles, a teacher and childcare Director. My heart is happy when I help a child learn through their own curiosity and discovery. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education in Peru and have had the privilege of working with several generations of children in Lima, Peru and California. After 10 years as a Preschool teacher, my family and I moved to the United States. I have taught at various daycares ever since including CCLC, Anne Darling and Bishop CDC. Now, I own Happy Hearts Childcare, a happy place where children can be themselves, grow, experiment, create, and have Happy Hearts! During these years I have participated in continuous education and specialization courses, staying up-to-date with current California standards for child care. I am background checked with the DOJ and FBI; certified in First Aid & Pediatric CPR, and Preventative Health & Safety. I'll be honored to be part of your child's early education. Specialties

Happy Hearts Childcare is a play-based, hands-on learning facility. We love to play, learn and have fun in a small environment with lots of personal attention! Although we are a play-based daycare, your child will develop gross and fine motor skills, critical and cognitive thinking, social & emotional skills, and reinforcement of adaptive behavior. Currently enrolling toddlers 24 months and up.
