Optima Escrow was started in 1999 by Brian Folks, whose family has been in the escrow business for over 50 years. After the sale of the original family business to a national real estate firm, Brian took up the charge to form Optima. The concept behind Optima Escrow is to bring back an independent, full-service choice in escrow to the local real estate community.
