Horrible jae the manager is very rude! Been doing realestate for 23years never have i had such a bad experience. Charged my buyers 4,600 for escrow that's outrageous!

WARNING! This company delayed my closing by over a month! This is not an escrow company for ABC transactions. Rude and offensive every step of the way. They have no idea of what an escrow company...

I agree with the other one-star reviews. I've bought and sold four properties and this was like a comedy of errors. It was like they were learning the process along the way.

This company has the WORST customer service. The manager "Jae" is rude, interrupts constantly, and is insulting. I even asked her at the start of the phone call if I should call back another time...
