I will solely only review for the amenities and views. If you're ready to spend some serious money, One Rincon will only provide you with views and amenities. If you want space, not the place....

I lived here for about a year and I thought the amenities were nice. However, if you're not a deep sleeper, you're going to have trouble sleeping at night because it's right next to the freeway....
