The residential units here are one of my favourite in the city. Close to everywhere. Great hoa management. Neighbors are friendly and low key. Like other residential communities, getaway...

Bordering the Embarcadero, there's a nice fountain that uses recycled water and offers CUSHIONS to sit on! Sweet! Home of several businesses and firms and very close to the temporary transbay...
