History

I actually got started tutoring quite by accident. I was finishing up my paralegal degree when someone I knew needed a fill-in tutor because she was pregnant. I never thought it would become a career, but 24 years later here I am. I have met so many wonderful families along the way and have had so many amazing experiences. I feel truly blessed to be able to do something worthwhile and fun at the same time.

Specialties

Offering one-on-one tutoring in the South Bay. I specialize in all aspects of English including essay writing, SAT, TOEFL, TOEIC, and EIKEN. I also teach Social Studies, History, Government, and study skills. For those English language learners I teach vocabulary building and conversation.
