HistoryThe Carlsbad Branch of Synergy One Lending opened it's doors in October of 2014. Two friends and I were looking to change companies where we worked at and after interviewing with some of the best Mortgage lending companies, we decided to work with Synergy One lending and open up a branch in Carlsbad to service North San Diego County families. We have a strong background in helping Military Families as well as the Hispanic community. I believe in treating clients they way that I would like to be treated. We understand that we are not in the lending business but in the people business. Our success will depend on how good of a job we do for our clients their friends and family that get referred to us. We do government loans such as VA with 0% down payment, FHA loans for first time home buyers and we also have an exclusive rent to own program. For current home owners, we help them refinance their current loans, weather that be pulling some cash out to consolidate debt, do home improvements or simply lower their mortgage payments or the term in their loan.
