HistoryThe Carlsbad Branch of Synergy One Lending opened it's doors in October of 2014. Two friends and I were looking to change companies where we worked at and after interviewing with some of the best Mortgage lending companies, we decided to work with Synergy One lending and open up a branch in Carlsbad to service North San Diego County families. We have a strong background in helping Military Families as well as the Hispanic community. I believe in treating clients they way that I would like to be treated.
