HistoryI have maintained a roster of between 10-25 students since inception and my student-base continues to grow. My students range in age from 9 to 65 years old, from beginners to advanced musicians. I have never discriminated based on a player's personal musical goals: whether you are taking lessons as a hobby, with the goal of being a professional musician, or simply to improve on your instrument, all students are welcome.SpecialtiesI specialize in private tutoring for the electric bass, electric guitar and acoustic guitar in all modern styles with a focus on how to directly apply what you learn to live performance and studio recording. Emphasis is placed on stylistic authenticity, tone/sound, technique and the technical aspects of your gear. Guidance in music business, self-promotion, marketing and performance is also provided.
