Bass & Guitar Lessons with Nate Perry

History

I have maintained a roster of between 10-25 students since inception and my student-base continues to grow. My students range in age from 9 to 65 years old, from beginners to advanced musicians. I have never discriminated based on a player's personal musical goals: whether you are taking lessons as a hobby, with the goal of being a professional musician, or simply to improve on your instrument, all students are welcome.

Specialties

I specialize in private tutoring for the electric bass, electric guitar and acoustic guitar in all modern styles with a focus on how to directly apply what you learn to live performance and studio recording. Emphasis is placed on stylistic authenticity, tone/sound, technique and the technical aspects of your gear. Guidance in music business, self-promotion, marketing and performance is also provided.
