Licensed and operating since 2011 in the states of Oregon, Arizona, and California, I relocated to the beautiful city of Los Angeles in 2016.
Specialties
I welcome clients of all gender identities, all sizes, shapes, or physical abilities. I custom tailor each treatment, and depending on the session, I incorporate elements of myofascial release, deep tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, gua sha/myofascial scraping, intraoral jaw work, relaxation techniques, and facilitated stretching to release pain, tension and stress from the body. Each session is a collaborative experience between the client and myself and therefor no two sessions are the same. Afterwards we may discuss beneficial stretches or exercises. Clients leave sessions more relaxed, with less pain, with better alignment and flexibility, and with more ease of movement.
