Hi, I am Julia. I am a movement teacher and a healthy eating coach. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pilates. I studied macrobiotic nutrition, fitness nutrition, Yoga and Pilates. I teach people how to move their body and their mind as well. Nowhere is more sacred than our body and I teach people how to use it well and creatively.

Julia is patient and her practice is awesome. In her yoga classes the flows are very smooth and she always names the pose before we transition to the next one. I love the special treats at the end...
What I like the most about Julia's classes is that not only does she always encourage us but also she says "It's ok if you can not do this. Don't compare yourself to others. It's YOUR practice"....
Julia has done more for me in a few weeks than the V.A or any Physician. I can not say enough great things about Julia's classes and her teaching methodologies. Highly recommended!
