I specialize in supporting you through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and motherhood in a variety of ways. These days I am focusing my attention on working to help you keep your mind and body strong and flexible, mostly by teaching Pilates & Yoga, as well as the occasional Reiki session. I have been teaching for 10 years and have worked for physical therapists, boutique studios, and now mostly for myself. I specialize in all things pregnancy & postpartum and am very experienced in working with and helping create healing for common pregnancy and postpartum issues, such as diastasis, pubic symphysis separation, prolapse, SI Joint disorders, low back pain, a heightened nervous system etc. I also can bring into my sessions, as appropriate, my experience as a birth and postpartum doula, somatic body worker, births story listener, and a friendly non-judgmental ear. I believe in the intelligence of the body, the sweetness of the heart, and the power of community.
