The La Puente Valley Historical Society, INC is a 501 3c non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and restoring the John A. Rowland Home, the oldest brick building in southern California. Since its founding in 1960, the society has been actively involved in restoration projects and relies on community donations to continue its mission of bridging the past with the future.
With a vision to create a place where the community can step into the past to understand the present, the La Puente Valley Historical Society invites volunteers to become part of their efforts in preserving local history.
