I work with adults who have unresolved childhood hurt, loss and trauma that contributes to anxiety, depression, addiction, troubled relationships, isolation and shame. I help clients feel seen and heard, safe and settled in their own skin, connected to their own needs and preferences, and able to make healthier choices and find a meaningful and fulfilling way to live life even in the face of great challenges. Sessions are in-person as well as online through video conferencing.
