History

I have been working in the mental health and wellness industry for over 10 years. After completion of my professional license, I later started my private practice and developed a specialty in helping women to heal relational trauma and develop healthy and satisfying intimate connections.

I help women to heal from physical or sexual abuse, change negative relationship patterns, clear traumatic memory from their nervous systems, and increase their feelings of trust and satisfaction in intimate relationships.
