Showed up on the only day I get off during the week office hours says open 9 AM to 7 PM and no one was there guess I'll go some where else

I give it one star for its location! Haa! I had to reach for that one. I brought my taxes in, told then my tax scenarios, on order to get a price. First the lady said it's $300, then raised it...
