Gone downhill fast! I've been going there for years but my tax preparer retired. This year, my fee went up from $230 to $340! Their advertising says they charge 50% of what last years charge was....

To call these people professionals is a stretch. We recently went in after being quoted a price of $120. I was planning on doing the taxes myself this year but we recieved a W-2 for my wife's Paid...
