Not very pleased with Jacquie in the Sonora, CA Office. Communication is terrible and the delay was frustrating. I had to phone Sacramento H&R Block to get correct answers for expenses. We're back...

Changed hands two years ago and it's gone from very good to mediocre. Price doubled for 1099's etc and they can't find my emails with my info causing major delays.

I took my taxes in to get done. I told H&R Block to take money out of my taxes to pay. When I came in to sign paperwork they did the opposite. They went to fix it and said my taxes have been filed...
