Broke a spoke and Kim fixed it up the same day, rebalanced the wheel too for just $25. Nice guy, no BS, unlike Valencia Cyclery. Avoid their service; bad work makes bikes dangerous.

Got a spring tune up. My bike was a total mess, and it rode perfectly when I picked it up, just a day later. Excellent service, kind manager, and not gouging prices.
