A podiatrist is a person qualified by a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree, licensed by the state, and practicing within the scope of that license. Podiatrists diagnose and treat foot diseases and deformities. They perform medical, surgical and other operative procedures, prescribe corrective devices and prescribe and administer drugs and physical therapy.

Dr. Nguyen T. Do is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon. He completed his Neurological Surgery and Orthopedic Complex and Minimally Invasive Spine fellowship at the prestigious northwestern regional level 1 trauma center, Harborview Medical Center/University of Washington School of Medicine. He graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University Medical School, Florida in 2003 and is a member of the Psi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society. In addition to receiving numerous national honors, he is published and has presented at neurosurgery conferences nationwide. Dr. Do has served as Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of California San Francisco and worked at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa since 2014. He is highly trained in comprehensive neurosurgery with special expertise in complex spine deformity reconstruction, minimally invasive spine surgery, robotic spine surgery, artificial disc replacement, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, cerebrovascular surgery, stereotactic brain tumor surgery, spinal cord tumor surgery, traumatic brain and spine injuries, and hemorrhagic stroke management. Dr. Do's patient care philosophy is based on working with patients to develop the best treatment plan after the specific medical problem is identified.
