Gordita: a tortilla stuffed with flavor native to Mexico. Popotlax is its original Nahuatl name. A similar version appears south of mexico, most notably in El Salvador, known as the Pupusa. Been going to them for years, since 2003. They are stil my favorite. Haven't found another gordita place that compares to them.
