Great selection of clothing at best prices. Linda is friendly and helpful. My best friend and I live shopping at Foxy 23. We get lots of compliments when we were clothes purchased at this store.

I went in to this little boutique to find a blouse & one of their workers named Daniella was amazing! Very friendly & helpful & made my experience such a pleasure. Definitely will be returning.

You know this place is in the hood because there's a Food 4 Less and a 99 cent Store right next door. LOL!!! Foxy's is one of those hoochie stores that sells clothes that you see on the chicks...
