Fabian, owner & operator of Fit By Fabian-One On One-Private Fitness Studio, began Weight Lifting at 13, by 15 Fabian began working at the Nautilus Fitness Center as a floor Instructor. Competing in his first bodybuilding competition at 16, placing 4th. At 18 Fabian finished 5th in the 1985 Mr. Teenage USA Bodybuilding competition & began his private training practice out of Golds Gym as well as operating his own
